The glycemic index (GI) studies primarily assess the blood glucose raising potential of any food. While foods with low GI raise blood glucose levels slowly and steadily, the ones with high GI provide a faster surge in blood glucose levels. At VSAL, we provide services for determining glycemic index of different foods as per ISO 26642.
